The in-house calibre 32111

Powering the watch is the IWC-manufactured automatic calibre 32111. Beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), it delivers an impressive 120-hour power reserve. Its bidirectional pawl winding system ensures highly efficient winding, while the soft-iron inner case protects the movement against magnetic fields. Staying true to its aviation heritage, the sapphire crystal is also specially secured to withstand sudden pressure drops experienced during flight.
