The story

Launched in 2012, the Tudor Pelagos collection quickly established itself as one of the most serious professional dive watches of its generation. The model

In this Pelagos Blue automatic 42 mm version (ref. M25600TB-0001), Tudor delivers one of the most accomplished interpretations of the contemporary dive watch. True to its utilitarian DNA, the Pelagos prioritises function over form, with every design element conceived for maximum efficiency in real-world conditions. The 42 mm case, crafted entirely from titanium, provides remarkable lightness and comfort on the wrist, while ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion—an essential quality in a marine environment.

The unidirectional titanium bezel, fitted with a luminous ceramic insert, stands out for its exemplary handling. Its knurled edge ensures precise operation even when wearing gloves, while its crisp, play-free click mechanism allows for secure and intuitive adjustment. Designed for professional diving, this bezel ranks among the most effective and well-executed in its category.

Legibility is one of the Pelagos’ greatest strengths. The high-contrast matte blue dial, protected by a flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, is paired with a particularly generous and evenly applied luminous coating. The hands, markers and bezel offer clear and immediate readability, even in low-light conditions.

Conceived as a true tool watch, the Pelagos is also equipped with a helium escape valve positioned at 9 o’clock, intended for so-called saturation diving. Its water resistance rated to 500 metres underlines its resolutely professional positioning. The satin-finished titanium bracelet features a clasp with a patented extension system developed by Tudor, capable of automatically adjusting to changes in wrist size, particularly during descent. An additional blue rubber strap, supplied with its extension piece, is also included, enhancing the versatility and wearing comfort of this Pelagos, equally at ease underwater and in everyday use.

This Tudor Pelagos Blue is offered in excellent condition and delivered as a Full Set, complete with its original presentation box, manual and warranty card. Sold in December 2024, it still benefits from Tudor’s international 5-year warranty, ensuring long-term peace of mind and reliability.
