Grand Seiko Heritage 62GS Hi-Beat 36000 "Sakura-wakaba" automatic green dial leather strap 38 mm

The 62GS model introduced Grand Seiko’s first automatic movement. This new creation offers a modern reinterpretation of the 62GS case design and features a dial that evokes a unique moment in Japan’s seasonal landscape. For the first time on a non-limited edition 62GS model, the case is crafted from 18-karat yellow gold. The pale green color of the dial evokes the emerging leaves that follow the cherry blossoms in late spring and glisten in the morning sun. The supple and comfortable leather strap subtly matches the tone of the dial to convey a sense of elegance. Designed by the artisans at the Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi, the Hi-Beat 9S85 caliber achieves stable accuracy thanks to its high frequency of 36,000 vibrations per hour.
