Introducing the Tank Française

When it was released in 1996, the Tank Française transformed the vocabulary of Tank watches. More sporty, it combines the codes of the Tank – railway minute track, Roman numeral dial, winding crown adorned with a cabochon sapphire – and boldly places a curved case at the heart of a link bracelet. The watch became iconic with its curved case integrated into the bracelet. This aesthetic change radically altered its lines. It resembled a piece of jewelry designed so that no break in line, volume, or material would come between the watch and the bracelet.

This Cartier reference 2425 that we are offering today is a medium-sized model from the 2000s in perfect working order. It features a beautiful dial, topped with a sapphire crystal. Its 25 x 30 mm case is feminine but also suitable for a man. This watch is extremely easy to wear, with its slightly low profile.
